....from Malibal. They seem like a top-notch company and were able to promptly answer all my questions. Very satisfied with them so far, and hopefully will continue to be!

Very excited but I have to now wait patiently for it to get here.

    Specs:
    Lotus P151HM1 (NP 8130)
    15.6" 1920 x 1080 FHD LED Matte Display (stock)
    i7-2630QM
    8GB Ram
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 560M
    500gb 7200rpm HDD
    6X Blu-ray Burner 8X DVD+/-R Multi Drive
    Intel 6300 Ultimate Wireless
    IC Diamond 7 Thermal Compound

Just wanted to thank Malibal and all the forum members here in helping with what was about a 2 month mind-melting decision on which gaming/desktop replacement notebook to purchase.

    Congrats!

I'm looking to order mine soon as well, I'm just waiting for some more of my money to come in on the 12th, or for my current desktop to sell (slow Craigslist market here.)

Do you know when you are expected to receive it?

    Congrats!

That looks like a great setup there. The 560m has been a great card thus far and you should enjoy that machine thoroughly.

Thanks for the warm welcome all.

I'm not sure when it will be here. I ordered it yesterday (04-JUL) and opted for the UPS ground shipping. Hopefully it will be here by late next week or early the following week...barring any backorders/problems.

    Can't wait!

Just to give you fair warning, mine took 3 weeks w/ shipping...soo...it could take that long. That being said, I also saved $60 on RAM because of it.

No, XoticPC. That being said, I made my choice knowing that it would take longer (I had them install RAM there to save $60 and got ground shipping). The majority of the build time on my laptop was the laptop getting shipped from Sager to Xotic and them from Xotic to me. They turned around the laptop much quicker than anticipated on their end (I'm pretty sure they had it less than 24 hours, even though they said it would take 72 to install the RAM)

XoticPC lies to you about how long they'll keep your laptop. They tell you a generic time frame, but it's usually a lot less. When I ordered my machine, they got paid on Monday and I had it at my door internationally that Thursday. They said it'd take 72 hours to build/test then 2-3 days to ship. You loveable lying people <3.

Nice system, you're going to love it! Also, we have been regularly shipping out the Lotus P151HM1 within 4 business days, even with the RAM Promotion. :)

As Malibal told me when I posted my amazement at how fast it was, they start building and testing while the payment is processing. By the time it's completed(especially with the cash/echeck transaction), it's all ready to go! Awesome business practice, imo. Even if someone cancels their order, they've got a super popular machine ready to go for the next person.

My complete order took about a week and a half btw, including echeck processing.

I definitely have been repping as much as possible. I am a member of a couple of other forums that use the reputation system so I was no stranger to how it worked.

Okay. I wasn't really attacking you or anything, I just see a lot of people jump in, ask questions, then dive out.

Mysterious is definitely helpful, his FAQ on the 8130 and 8150 answered a lot of questions I haven't even thought off.

You didn't...things can just be so easily misconstrued over the internet.
