    Hello all ..

My drivers for my MXM non M GTX980 MSi card install as K1100m

The card performs well and comes up as GTX 980 in heaven benchmark

But in WINDOWS device manager it comes up as K1100m

Could anyone help me with the driver modification on the .inf Screenshot_20180804-120652_WhatsApp.jpg Screenshot_20180804-120652_WhatsApp.jpg Screenshot_20180804-122856_WhatsApp.jpg

Easy way is to just change the name for the corresponding VEN&DEV&SUBSYS entry at the bottom of the INF the driver installs from that I assume you either downloaded or edited yourself, and uninstall & reinstall the driver.

If it runs as it should (benchmark it and compare) it is probably installing just fine as the 980 GXX it is, and not a Quadro Kepler with driver settings and feature sets which I imagine would cause stability or performance issues or a device error that would show in device manager (yellow triangle)
