    Hey Everyone,

I just got my 2090 and everything seems to be working awesome. I have 2 questions though.

    1. I ordered mine through xoticpc... Do I need to install the drivers that came with it, or did Xotic already do that for me.

    2. How do I access my webcam?

Thanks in advance for the responses!

Drivers come on a CD that comes with the laptop, otherwise you can also get them online.

You access the webcam by installing the camera's drivers, which also happen to be the software. It might be on the CD I don't know, but it's defninitly online.

Further questions will probably be answered in the Compal faq:

i have installed the "usb video device" software which appears to be completely useless, but whenever i try and install the actual video camera drivers, i just double click and nothing happens when i'm selecting the vsnp2uvc application. ive uninstalled the usb video device stuff and still nothing happens. what am i doing wrong?

I'm not really sure, there are alot of thing that could be wrong. But just from my experience, is that some drivers you have to extract. I forget which one it was for me, but there was this one where I would click on the rar, and open it and do all the stuff but it wouldn't install properly. So then I did the full extract thing and it worked.
