    Do you recommend it? Do I need it? 2gb? 4gb?

    The Sager NP5793 weighs 7.1lbs with battery pack. And in a university setting it also depends on noise level - some people are slightly dissatisfied with the volume of the fans.

    Yea it can get pretty loud, but if you're gaming with headphones you won't even notice. Plus, those loud fans = very good temps.
