Now before anyone says "Contact your retailer/reseller" I am going to counter that with saying Metabox is absolutely ****ing useless at just about everything they do, I've warrenteed this machine twice for the same issue and they barely fix it (Itchannel services perth).

    I need the following
    Base chassis
    LCD hinges
    Keyboard
    Palmrest replacement(Top part of chassis)

The chassis is damaged due to heat warping and cracking the plastic, The hinges have snapped (And ive had it warrenteed on that twice now) the keyboard is skipping letters.

And the USB ports on the side don't seem to work half the time so i may be up for a new one of those, Does anyone know where i can buy this stuff and do it myself because waiting 3 weeks+ for a reply from my resseller is just stupid

All those parts, even if someone still had them for an EOL model, would likely be worth more than your entire laptop working. If it is still in warranty, and is that damaged, it should just be returned and refunded or entirely replaced, but that's a fight with Metabox......
You could try asking sellers in the US for parts, but I would think a dead, sold for parts only model on Ebay or similar site would be your best bet if you can find one. Do you know what is causing the warping? Clearly there would no point replacing so many parts if the source of the problem is unfixed.
Also, if your USB ports are dead, you may need a new main board. If that's the case the laptop is well and truly beyond economical repair.

I'd ask Eurocom and see if they can help, they usually have a really good supply of parts.

Comments about economic considerations double with them.

Try the Whirlpool.net forum notebook subforum you may find people with comments on other resellers and parts availability but I'm pretty sure you'll find anyone selling metabox will refer you back to metabox anyway

I had no problem with the guy from ITC who I ordered some things from late last year but it did take over a month to get to them (one was very low volume I doubted they would keep stock on hand)

    RIP LBO...

they aren't dead they just drop out every now and then, Theyve done that since i bought it and aren't a real big issue to be honest.

I've looked up a few parts myself and a new chassis is only 200ish us or 350 Australian, It's only the plastic frame that the hardware sits in that is broken, The hardware itself is fine, And given i paid nearly 2.5k for this machine and ive got all the shiny stuff such as the 980m and the IPS display if it costs me 500 to repair it im happy with that.

Can't seem to find the same keyboard though.

Don't know who or what LBO is but ITC have been 99% useless like it takes weeks for them to respond to emails and what not.

LogicalBlueOne was a Qld based reseller run by a guy called Jack who had the best reputation amongst the community. I heard it was a huge tax debt from bad advice that bankrupted him

You may find a keyboard on ebay/aliexpress

Try RJTech in the US, they have a massive amount of parts and prices are not a rip off like Eurocom... CEG in Germany also have a lot of old parts..

I've made good experience with ipc-computer in terms of hinges for my Clevo P170EM. While other sellers sold them for around 100€, ipc sells them for 29€. The hinges for your laptop are 32€, so that may be an option for you.
Buy the keyboard from ebay (around 45€) and if you just use the laptop for yourself, fix the barebone yourself.
