    Hey there.

Ok I admit I should have search a little longer, but maybe someone can help me.

I'm trying to install Windows XP pro (pre-SP1) on my new Eurocom M570U Divine (Sager 5760). During the file loading stage (you know the 1st one), I get a BSOD.

Do I absolutely need a Windows XP Pro SP2 (because of SATA possibly)?

Thanks for letting me know. I'm still waiting for our tech guy CD copy, but want to know if I got a DOA machine.

I'm pretty sure you need sp2, if not because of the sata then because of the pci express. i don't think it's doa.
