    Simple. Buy from a reseller.

They will liase with Sager on your behalf

If you live outside US , they might take care of small repair so that you dont have to send the laptop back to US

Most people buy from a reseller, because you will get much better support. If you ever need service, your reseller should handle the entire process, so that you never have to deal with Sager directly.

In addition, other benefits to buying from a reseller, include: extended labor warranties and better deals i.e. free shipping etc.

Here is a list of the top resellers: http://forum.notebookreview.com/sag...eller-info-read-before-posting.html#resellers :)

Resellers offer great warranties, mythologic offer a warranty that allows u to upgrade your laptop through them and it won't void the warranty u purchase. Also customer service should be your least concern if u buy a system from a reseller that frequently post here like exotic, myth, malibal, lpc. Ps I would check the forums before posting as there are already many post dealing with the same thing.

I'm pretty new to sager, but how did sager's customer service get such.a bad rep? I've had to RMA my laptop twice, and I had no problems getting in contact with their tech department. There was no automated machines when I called, hooked me up to an actual sager tech. And those times when I've communicated via email, I got a response back in a few hours. So far their customer service was great. Id like to see dell/hp do that. I'm pretty happy with their service.

I often wonder this myself. My first Sager I bought directly from Sager and the only problem I ever had was a bad wireless card. I emailed them about it and by the end of the week I had a new card in my hand.
