    It does say "pre-order item please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery"

    But the overclocking is a good sign (hopefully they know what they are talking about)

    Well if the clevo is anything like my desktop i7 board then it could be as easy as crank up the BCLK and toss a little voltage at it and voila instant OC :) hopefully it is that easy for prospective 9280 buyers because the i7's overclock like champs.
