    I'm not sure if such a combo even exists and I will admit that I am ignorant of Sager/Clevo's lineup but I am hoping it does so that I can procure a non-gsync 1070n Optimus vBios for MXM from that combo as I believe it should help me with my current issues with my " BgaOEMsHateHIM" G1 Zbook15 +Geforce GTX 1070n

    Nope, anything current with an MXM card does not sport Optimus.

    The closest combo in terms of features are the NP81xx series which while they are soldered let you switch between optimus and G-sync. The desktop models do not support optimus and they are the only ones with modular GPUs.
