I've noticed lately that when I type on my Sager NP2090 I get an annoying rattling sound that seems to be coming from the area right around the touchpad. Anybody else having this? I'll try to find a screw driver later and check that the screws in the front are all tight, but this just seemed to start happening a couple days ago out of nowhere.

i'll bet it is your touchpad buttons, i have the same problem. try typing and pressing lightly on the touchpad buttons, and it will probably disappear. for me, it's the right button that does most of the buzzing, is it the same for you? i haven't found an easy way to fix this, and have just started habitually typing 'lighter' to avoid the annoying buzzing coming from the touchpad.

hmmm...that's interesting. Is it just becasue the touchpad buttons have become worn out and it's just a vibration from typing. I have often thought to my self that the buttons on the touchpad seem like they would easly wear out over time...

i don't know if they will wear out or not. i hope not. the ifl-90 touchpad is good, but the buttons do leave something to be desired. my buttons have always been like this. it's not a wear thing, they were like this (buzzy) from day one.
