    Fix for error:
EChk2K.exe - Unable to locate component. This application has fail to start. IOCtrl.DLL was not found. Reinstalling application may correct error.

Go to Device Manager and remove (or uninstall) anything listed under "Unknown Devices" then refresh the list. Then you will need to reinstall TV tuner driver, then TV tuner software.

Did you try reinstalling the TV tuner? Could you give us a few more details about the problem? We'd be more than willing to help if we have a bit more info.

Chaz, she is PROVIDING the cure, not asking for one.

She first states the error message, and then provides the cure.

You need to just ENJOY YOUR VACATION! :D
