    ISO Latest Driver

    I have a Sager 5760 (Clevo M570U) with a nVidia go 7900GTX GPU.
    Playing this game called Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts and keep getting a problem.

    I was getting the nv4_dspl infinite loop error whenever I play this game and only this game.
    THQ Is trying to tell me I need to install the latest driver and probably need to go get the ones at laptopvideo2go.
    Never used drivers there and kinda confused on how stuff works there so came here where I know people can help me :D

    Where can I find the latest GPU driver and how do I install it from laptopvideo2go?
    Do I just DL the driver then the modded INF for that driver and thats it?
    I think that is it, just not sure which driver to get for my nVidia go 7900GTX GPU.
