I have a sager NP 9262 with specs in my sig. I came from Taiwan and did not have a problem with power out there for the last 5 years of being out there.

I just moved to Okinawa and live off base and having power problems. I have a APC ES 750 UPS, when I login to the UPS it says the output is 105v. This would not be a problem since my power supply says 100-240v. The problem I'm running into is that when I play only one game COD 4 MW2 I can see the refresh lines in the screen. When I unplug the power source and run off battery the refresh lines dissapear. Now this does not bother me what does bother me it was is happening to my CPU and other components. Will there be any long term effects on my system?

I tried running a 15% step up transformer but the only way I can get this to work is to run the Trasformer from the wall outlet then plug the UPS into that then plug my power supply into the UPS which then it reads an output of 125v and when playing COD4 MW 2 I do not see the refresh lines but I am not positive on how safe it is to do that set up.

    Any suggestions or ideas
