    Install of new sager/amd driver for 7970m

    I have the np9150 with the 7970m and i have messed around with the betas for a while with spotty results. eventually i reinstalled windows and left the stock stable drivers from sager on it.

    My question is:

    What is the best way to go about updating the driver when the official form amd is released or a new one comes out from sager?

    You'll want to uninstall everything to do with AMD. You can begin this by going to the device manager, going under display adapter, right clicking the 7970 listed and uninstall the driver from there. You'll then want to verify that AMD is basically completely removed from existence on your computer using driver sweeper. Then install the new drivers and you should be good to go.
