My 5720 shipped without the Bluetooth module. At the time, BT wasn't in stock, so it was sent separately. It arrived today. However, the BT is actually a three-piece component and I've got no clue how to install it. I contacted Sager and DiscountLaptops for help, but thought I'd ask my fellow 5720 brethren for advice, as well.

    Thanks!

    UPDATE!!

Sager just e-mailed pics of the installation. It looks pretty simple. I posted them below.

Nice Jack. This will help not only 57x0 owners, but also 5320 owners, because they share the same chassis - the bluetooth/TV Tuner are the same too.

    Thanks for posting!

    hello there!or the bluetoot

I am wondering, I could be able to make operate the INFRA and/or the bluetooth on my acer aspire 5720G under windows XP.

yes.. XP.. somehow I like it more than vista.

My BIOS was an older version, I did not had the SATA - IDE emulation.. first I had to slipstream the sata driver into an XP install CD using www.nliteos.com then I had to hunt for XP drivers like www.laptopvideo2go.com

But, of course, XP does not recognized any Bluetooth or infra device.

any help, hint, link would be MUCH appreciated, thanks.
