I received my NP8170 yesterday and I am wondering if anyone happens to know how to remove the keyboard so that I may access the two ram slots under it.

I saw the NP8150 video from XoticPC but the NP8170 doesn't have the speaker grate positioned there. HTWingNut's review mentioned having to remove the top strip but I don't know if the method is the same way and I'm rather fearful about experimenting with methods to remove that strip on my brand new system.

[Edit: Nevermind. I saw the comment on the NP8150 video. I ended up lifting the upper left and right parts of the strip and it came off. Scary though, I felt like I was going to snap the thing in half. Thanks HTWingNut!]

Thats one of the easiest pieces to break when you disassemble a laptop, that and the screen bezel... I wish they weren't but I think its made not to be taken apart too often... I'll have to do it myself at some point when I find a good ram deal.
