    From the manual that I read you just hold the latches and pop out the DVD Burner and slide in the Panasonic Mat****a UJ-220. Am I correct.

    pop out the dvd drive and the blue ray should just slip into place.

    I think u should do 2 more things. Remove the mounting plate from the old dvd and install it on the new one.
