This is about the critical vulnerability in Intel Active Management Technology present in all Clevo notebooks with intel CPUs ( https://security-center.intel.com/advisory.aspx?intelid=INTEL-SA-00075&languageid=en-fr).

According to the detection tool released by Intel my system (P65xRP) is indeed vulnerable to this exploit ( https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26755).

My question is has Clevo released a firmware update to address this vulnerability? If not, are there any plans for this? Has anyone contacted Clevo already?

We tested Prema's tool and it worked absolutely fine on the systems we updated ;-) Clevo will/have already (depending on the chassis model, sorry I don't have a definite list at the moment) roll out the update via firmware.

    Prema and steberg like this.
