Can the Sager 5793 support the new flash memory? If it can, I would like to order it when I upgrade my laptop to a faster CPU and possibly change from my current 1680x1050 matte to a 1920 x 1200 super glossy screen.

When I ordered the 5793 I was concerned that I would have trouble seeing the smaller font size on the larger screen. I do not game so that is not a consideration, however, I do a lot of work with documents, revisions, doing legal research and creating charts and visuals related to that research. I was surprised how much larger the 1920 x 1200 screen looks compared to the lower resolution even though it is still the same laptop.

The new robson II memory is part of the montevina base. You would need a montevina system to use it. Unfortunately the 5793 is not montevina. Like wise, the CPU upgrade would also be one of the last gen pynryn ones. If you're doing office work, I'm not sure why you want glossy..... If you can, find a 1920x1200 matte.

Have the new Robson drivers that support user pinning been released yet?
