    size as in dimensions? .. all of them are the same as far as i know .. and if you mean the size .. i suppose theres only 2gb and 4gb available right now .. both of which works in the m860tu

    yes dimension. as i said in the title of the thread, there are two sizes of minipcie, the one is half size and the other is full size. which of them is compatible with the m860tu?
