Today when turning on my bluetooth via FN+F10, I got this message out of nowhere. This has never happened before:

Basically I got a "USB 2.0 found" message, and the commonly known windows "install device" stuff pops up. I clicked next, next and eventually it says that "failed to install device driver, device might not work as expected".

Now when I turn on BlueSoleil, it says that "bluetooth hardware not found".

I tried reinstalling Bluesoleil 3 times, each with different versions. I also tried re-seating the bluetooth module in the laptop case itself, but to no avail.

Any idea what could be wrong?

    Hi Cookie,

What O/S are you running? When was the last time you used the BT?

    Currently running Windows XP.

Last time I used the bluetooth (or the computer for that matter) was 6 weeks ago, give or take.
