Ok so it's been a few weeks since I received my 8130 from Xoticpc...All is going well until tonight I get a message that I have an invalid product key. I have sent both Brett and Justin an email and hope for a quick reply with a legal key. I am sure this was just some kind of screw up but I will be very upset if I have to send my laptop back. I am sure they will make it right.

Have you tried re-entering the original key? Sometimes windows just gets confused and re-entering/reactivating fixes it.

I would just re-enter the product key. I am sure a digit was just entered in error. You would never need to send a notebook back over a product key. :)

When you re-enter the key, you might end up having to call Microsoft to re-activate. It takes just a couple minutes.

Yea, try calling 866-740-1256 to activate it by phone.

The last thing you would need to do is return it, over a simple issue like a product key. Make sure you are entering it correctly, or call MS;otherwise I presume you'd be given another disc with product key. I doubt it will come down to the last choice. :)
