As you guys might know Clevo is coming out with a laptop refresh in about 6 months after Ivy Bridge and the new GPUs from Nvidia and ATI. My question is: is it worth waiting for 6 months to get a new, better laptop, or is it preferable to just buy one now and (possibly) upgrade it later?

At a few weeks its probably worth it to wait; but, at six months I think you have to go ahead and pull the trigger, otherwise you'll always just be waiting and never enjoying.

There is always something a little better and new coming around the corner.
