Well im interested in getting a big SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) memory card for my camera but im not sure if the card reader on the laptop is compatible with them. From my understanding SDHC cards require an SDHC compatible reader they wont work in readers which are not but SDHC readers can read both SDHC and SD cards. Has anyone got any experience with SD cards which are over 2gb?

I know i can use a USB reader but thats just one more thing to carry and lose and to be honest even though its probably slower than a good USB reader i liked the "handyness" of having a card reader wherever i am with my machine.

    Thanks
