That thing really needs a dedicated GPU..

The NP5580 designed for the basic user - someone who wants Sager quality but doesn't want to pay a lot nor play games.
Judging by the design of that (component-wise), it't need some signifigant modifications to have a dedicated GPU (cooling, etc.)

Sager will only be offering discrete video on their 17" models for the foreseeable future.

They will be introducing a new 15.4" and 14" WXGA Core Duo using the Intel GMA 950 shortly for the serious students and business users who do not game or do 3D modeling.

At the risk of seeming impatient (since the above was posted only a week ago), do you know when the 14" you describe will be introduced? :)

Rob, my friends call me Donald and would invite you to as well!

The Sager NP5460 Core Duo 14" will be up probably next Monday night. It would be up today if I weren't leaving for the weekend.

It will be more than the NP5420 so if price is your issue neither Sager nor the PowerPro G 3:14 will be your answers. However if build quality, performance, warranty 24/7 DOMESTIC support after the sale (read "value") are important then I would chose between the PowerPro G 3:14 and the new Sager NP5460

The 15.4" NP6630 is already released and up on our website as well.
