Uh oh. I have been having USB issues on my machine lately, otherwise running perfectly fine. I let the machine sleep at night. This morning, the machine was powered down. I went to power it up and it wouldn't completely post. Here's where it sits:

I can press F2 to enter setup, but it just says "entering setup ...." or whatever, and never goes into the BIOS.
Out of the goodness of someone's heart, can you please post a photo of the POST screen so I can see what shows after Video BIOS shadowed?
Also, is there a way to reset the BIOS through a jumper on the motherboard at all?
I also recently ran a full run of MemTest86+ recently, and everything passed, so memory seems to be fine.
Thanks.

Nevermind, it seems my SSD is dead!
I just got it a month ago.

Yeh, it does that when there's an error reading the drive. Same thing happened when my 120GB Agility got bricked,

At least it should be covered under warranty.
Did you test it in an external enclosure/another machine? With what happened to your system it could just as easily be the primary HD controller shorting out. -
I plugged the SSD into my desktop and didn't detect anything. I plugged in the original HDD that was in there as a boot drive previously (haven't touched it since) and it booted up just fine. So I think it's the drive more than the controller, but anything could be possible.
Now I'm seeing this happens to other OCZ drives fairly frequently. I think it's just the drive. I purposely didn't get a Corsair because they were having other issues, and OCZ seemed to have a fairly clean track record. Sigh.
With as much trouble as I've had with SSD's lately I'm quite close to selling all of them I own (two 64GB Kingston V-series, one 40GB Intel, one 80GB Intel, and one 60GB OCZ Vertex 2). Maybe just put one in my netbook because I want better battery life and a little better ruggedness. -
This happened to my desktop SSD with Ubuntu. Time for a new drive.

Is there a way to reset the BIOS in Sager NP8662 / Clevo M860TU?
