Is there any alternative to this laptop in Sager/Clevo?

    Hello everyone,

I've been looking for a laptop for a while now and I've dug up some which may completely suit me: mySN mb6.a(built on idk which barebone) and mySN a500(built on clevo b5130m)

The best feature is that they both have an excellent 1600x900 matte screen as reviewed in the links above. ( glossy is not really my thing! )

Sager's np5135/5160 FHD displays might be a bit too hard on my eyes. I believe 1600x900 would be the best for me.

Are there any other alternatives in the sager/clevo brand for my choices?

    Thanks a lot!

These laptops have identical equivalents at Sager, because they are build on Clevo barebone.

But I've only seen either the FHD displays or the basic hd ones. I would like that HD+ matte screen.

The only problem with me buying a mySN is that I don't speak german.

Their page is in german, but some people reported that they had communication in english and it was ok. There are are other stores in Europe which have pages in english and sell Clevo stuff.

Was the OP looking for a full HD though?

I'd like to point out that the msi gx640/gt640 uses standard CCFL screens, so you could get a truly full WUXGA, 1920x1200 16:10, dual ccfl matte screen for it.
Its pretty much the only 15.4" laptop with i5/i7.
Sure the screens are older and no LED but at least you have a lot more choice of stuff thats actually on the market. This screen has like 80% color gamut, where most have about 50%
