It is normal that my psu make alot of noise ? The sound look like a buzz and grishing sound. I can ear it pretty nice and clear at aroud 3 feet around it. If I do gaming, the sound goes up.
My psu is a Li shin 160W.

Not really. It might fail soon. Also not a good sign the noise is getting louder when gaming, a sign the psu is too little. My two cents.

I agree with pasoleatis, this is not normal. Some of the PSU's have a fan and may need to be cleaned out. If your's has a fan have you tried blowing it out?

As of now, My laptop got 2 major problem (video card blows up, then the battery melt up + some bsod (bios flash seem to have resolve the problem)). It still on garenty but... i'm kinda disapointed right nowI hope I won't have to change my psu as well.

With all due respect for the above replies, I don't agree.
There is a phenomenon called piezoelectric effect, wich happen in all the range of transistors and some capacitors. They normally operate in very high frequencies, 20Khz above, but sometimes they step into the human audible range(<16Khz), and thats when we ear them.
It can happen to you CPU/GPU, surrounding motherboard MOSFETs, tantalum/ceramic capacitors, and in this case, high duty voltage regulators of your adaptor. -
