    If my memory serves me correctly, I recall an earlier posting indicating that one could begin ordering the 9261 today. I checked a few reseller sites and didn't find a peep of info on 9261. Maybe I'm too quick, it is only noon here on the east coast.

    The current 9260's are on back order until the 24th (estimated). The word from Eurocom is that the new models will be 9261's (rev 5.x mobo).

    I'm also hoping to see word on this any day so I can change from E6700 to Q6600 :D.

    Yeah but Eurocom has been selling "quad" 9260's for a while now... clearly without the 5.x mobo revision.

    So you can't use Eurocom's order page as an indicator of 9261 availability.

    I'm not slamming the Eurocom offering... I'm just saying it's not tied to the rev 5.x delivery.

    i just spoke with tommas @ pc mircoworks and he tells me he has 5.x instock and all hdd's for raid 5 in stock. its 7 to 14 days to ship he is running low on vidio cards but has enough to fill the order for another week or so. someone please post if u know its not true. Im going to price it around with all resellers now for the Best price. i think im going to take the plung
