    Ive decided on the 9260

    I am happy i have finally decided after much thought and comparison on the sager 9260. Now one last problem. Where should i buy it from. I looked at powernotebooks.com pctorque.com and sagernotebooks.com
    any advice or is there anywhere else to get a sager?

    RJTech is the cheapest I can find it. Of course, that's not a "Sager", it's a Clevo barebone. Same thing basically.

    I noticed RJTech has it so you can configure 4GB of RAM real easy, and DDR2-800 is an option as well for 2GB.

    Of course, it's going to have the 8700M GT option within the next few months. I'd wait until then.

    Discount Laptops is good also.I've purchased 2 Sager's from them. PC Torque also sales them but I've heard since the new owners took over they aren't as good. Discount Laptops is located in Las Vegas and PC Torque is i New York now.

    I cant wait a few months im going to iraq in 3 so i dont have time to wait unfortunatly or else i would. Ill check out this rjtech tho thanks

    I think you're referring to 570RU, which will feature santa rosa notebook.
    9260 will have desktop cpus, which will be more powerful.
    570RU will have better battery life than 9260 since Santa Rosa chipset IS designed for notebook, on the other hand 9260 uses a desktop chipset.
    I assure you 9260's cpu will be faster than santa rosa(core 2 duo) processor, but its battery life will be very short.

    Thank you. I have built many a desktop but with all these new processors comming out its so hard to decide and i dont have the time to keep up with the many choices. Thanks for the help
    I guess ill stick with this 9260 and i guess ill be getting it from powernotebooks.com they seem like a great store
