I just bought a Sager 2092 and was starting to get acclimated to it. But then the touchpad started wiggling around like it was on a sugar high. After a few minutes, it went away, and I decided to move into my bed and use the second ac adapter, this one branded Lite-on, that I had hooked up nearby. The touchpad just went ballistic, jumping around, being laggy, and tapping at times where it wasn't supposed to.

I looked around for some drivers, and found that the pad is set up fine.

Now the problem goes away when I unplug the AC adapter. I suspect that I'm going to have to ask for a replacement for one or both. Is there any better AC adapter that I could ask for? I currently have the Lite-On and Delta brands, the Delta one being less hyper inducing. Is there a fix to this or should I be worried about something being wrong with the laptop? I really don't want to send it back and wait for it , especially since I've already installed a lot on it, and I'm not patient when it comes to shiny toys.

It get's deeper. I bought a Xantrex Mobile 100 to use as emergency power. But I tested it out using the worse of the two adapters. Tracking becomes as smooth as butter. Any chance that the AC adapters don't like being plugged into the wall?

I've heard that there are some problems with a variety of laptops where the AC adapter kind of floods the touchpad, making it act erratic. I've tried some things that I've read, but nothing sucessful so far. Anyone know about this problem?
