I just got it 30 minutes ago...but there is a dead pixel. My first laptop and its already bothering me. Can I send it back I don't mind paying for a new screen!

Other things I have questions on:

    1. I just checked on hwmonitor it says I have Intel Core i7 2720QM, but I ordered i7 2630QM. Does that seem right? Now I just double checked on HWinfo64 because of this topic http://forum.notebookreview.com/sager-clevo/634308-sager-np8130-95-gamut-glossy-screen.html and now it says I have i7 2670QM. Which one is accurate?

    2. I'd like to get a screen replacement and I don't mind paying what do you guys think? And I don't think there is anyone to fix a dead pixel right? Because its black.

Try dxdiag. It tells you what processor you have lol.

Also, did you order your laptop with Windows 7 installed? It seems like you did and apparently MALIBAL tests out all their laptops before shipping it out. Wonder how it got a dead pixel.

at the very least you could return it within 30 days, but I'm sure they will allow you to exchange the screen most likely.

Hi, you have the 2670QM CPU. Sometimes - when a part isn't in stock and it's the only thing holding up an order, we'll give a FREE upgrade so that we can ship out the notebook without further delay. Some examples would be upgrading a screen from stock to 95% or a Blu-Ray Reader to a Blu-Ray Burner or 1333MHz Memory to 1600MHz Memory etc.

And most of the time we don't even mention these FREE upgrades to customers, so they get a nice surprise. :)

Also, I see your ticket about the screen, we'll reply shortly.

I appreciate the free upgrade which makes me feel confident about why I choose to do business with you after reading all the positive reviews. I really hope we can resolve a new screen it's actually one of the reason again I went with you guys

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/hp-...26-proper-way-returning-hp-laptop-refund.html

had dead pixels on the HP I bought last month, then got suggestions to go with you.

I also don't mind paying for express shipping I've waited this long for my first laptop I'd like it to be good. While the black dot is small to some it really irritates me, maybe because I've never had a laptop before or because it will be my first to own I'd like it to be perfect until normal wear and tear on my end :)

Thank you again and I hope to hear from you soon.

If you are crafty with computers, you can ask them to send a replacement LCD and do it yourself.

My Malibal P151 had some issues with keyboard, so I asked them to send out a replacement and replaced the keyboard by myself.

Yeah I'm going to write in the reseller feed back again because the Malibal rep here answered quickly about getting it fixed/resolved with a new screen. I sent a ticket and pictures to them hopefully I can send it back asap and have it back I hope by Tuesday (because I live in California, they shipped to me from Nevada). I don't mind paying the shipping because they said they would replace the screen. I'm not going to lie I was getting worried on the shipping and grew impatient when I didn't get the laptop when it was suppose to come. When they told me it would come by the end of the week I was again happy, then when I noticed the dead pixel I was again heartbroken, its been an up and down ride with Malibal nothing on their end just the joys and feelings on getting a new or first laptop I guess. Now I feel content happy that we are working on getting this resolved but I feel that itch of waiting but hope all will be fixed soon! Cheers to Malibal!

Wow... Free upgrade. Malibal, can you send me a list of parts that you're out of, so I can build a PC with those specs, and get free upgrades?! haha. Congrats, and that was awesome of them to do that.

Well my laptop is finally shipping back to me. Got the RMA tracking number emailed back to me today. I hope everything is ok with it because I've much needed it for gaming but for my statistics class who knew I needed to input so much data. I look forward to getting it and writing a review.
