You might want to try one of the stuck pixel software programs out there like those below:

5 Ways To Fix A Stuck Pixel On Your Screen

If you still have problems, don't hesitate to contact us directly via the contact info in the sig.

From what I understand there are programs out there that loop between different colors in order to fix the pixel. You might want to look into those and see if there is one that works for you. If that doesn't work and it really bothers you that much you might want to contact malibal about an return.

UD Pixel I believe says to first try it for an hour, and if that doesn't work, keep it on for 12 hours. In other words: it may need some time.

With the laptop off you should be able to see a good reflection of yourself in a glossy screen. Just as you can see in aduy's post. Sorry to hear of your Dead Pixel. :(

If I can help with anything don't hesitate to ask!

yeah well my computer is perfect, other than a few windows errors, like missing dll files, but that might just be the programs that i use, which are in a beta right now. its fast cool, no scuffs screen is perfect, and extremely bright. one of these days ill write a review, but not now, since I'm kind-of busy.
