After three years working on a Clevo D9T based Alienware System, I finally ordered a new one through Kobalt UK.

I must say the communication and support so far have been top notch, friendly and honest when evaluating the components. I expect the new system in a few weeks.

That will give some performance difference with my good old rig that served me well so far these last three years. Alienware support was horrible of course as I had heating problems and they never solved them. It was purely because of dust, after the excellent cleaning thread here from Gophn, those problems were easily solved.

Not that Alienware support ever made me try that! What a difference with the guys from Kobalt. A big compliment so far for them.

Well I really like Clevo systems and thank you for the cleaning and resellers thread, they proved really useful. I also recommend the Zalman NC2000 cooler, worth every buck.

    Cheers,
