    Congrats with the purchase. Good choice. But one question: Why didnt you buy 4 GB ram, 2X2GB, or 2X1GB? Dual channel boosts your systems performance!

    Dual channel has not been as significant since the Pentium 4 and Athlon XP days.

    The 4GB of RAM is plenty, most people wont even use that much. :)

    Well, when the price of DDR3 RAM drops, within a year or so, I'll be adding another 2GB stick (if it seems worth it). In the meantime I hope the Turbo Memory helps out a bit (a bit in performance and a bit in battery life).
