    Just ordered the Sager NP5793 / NP5796!!!!!!!!

    Just went ahead and ordered the Sager NP5793 / NP5796 from XoticPC.com!!! I cant wait to receive it!



    1x Sager NP5793 / NP5796 Custom Sager Notebook (Built on Clevo M570RU-U / M571RU-U / M570TU) (NP5796 Pre-Order)

    8800m GTX
    17" WUXGA "Glare Type" 1920x1200
    T9300 @ 2.5GHz w/6MB L2 On-die cache - 800MHz FSB - hopefully being upgraded to P9500
    320GB @ 5400RPM
    4GB of RAM - DDR3/1066MHz

    btw you should get 5400rpm 320GB, they are same speed.

    I think you should, plus 5k320 should generate less heat.

    sujinge9, it is a Sager NP5796...not Clevo...it is built on the Clevo M570TU barebones.

    Subtle difference I know, but why not be accurate so that it doesn't confuse folks that just come here to read :D

    Aw come on, it's all fun here guys.

    I had considered getting the 5796 from Xotic as well, but I'm just to accustomed to a 15" laptop to move up to 17".

    Either way, I'm sure you got a good deal from Xotic.

    Funny thing is, I actually want to move from a 17" to a 15" laptop. Otherwise, I would have probably bought a NP5793 laptop from XoticPC by now. :rolleyes:

    yeah I ordered the same specs but different screen resolution and different HDD. I went along with the 200gb 7200 because i believe there are small differences and I'm going to school for autodesk programs and I know the 7200rpm hdd would benefit.

    got mine with same specs except i got a 250gb 5400rpm hdd. I will definitely get the p9500 when it's available but not so sure about the 9800m GTX at the moment.

    It has 4 ports. 3 usb 2.o and 1 usb 2.0/esata port.
