Just saw my first 9262 in person! (I'm so giddy!)

I work in a library and we get quite a bit of wireless traffic. Today an older gentleman brought in, of all things, a 9262!

Now I have to admit, first of all, it's pretty cool seeing a guy that is probably 60+ years old owning such a beast. But besides that, I finally had the opportunity to see this unit in person.

This thing is downright beautiful! I thought at first from the pictures that it looked too boxy and plain. But the coloring and design is beautiful. The screen was AWESOME. He had the matte screen, it was extremely bright and had amazing viewing angles.

He says he uses it for video editing. He has a single 8800 GTX and 3 320GB hard drives in a Raid config (I think he said striping). The noise on it was non-existant but he had only been using it for 15 minutes.

The hard part now is to convince the wife to get the 9262 over the 5793!

    CAUTION: GEEZER ALERT!

If I can have one there's no reason why this young fellow can't. :)

Ha! No, there is no problem with that. I was just surprised someone that age was so into technology and knew what Clevo was.
