I have just purchase a sager NP5790 at xoticpc.com a month ago. I used it very careful. But today when I turn it on an chat with my friend, I realized that I can't used the key "1" (the key on the upper left of the keyboard). It hit it 1 an it doesn't work. I hit it some more times and when I gave up, the number "1" appeared like crazy on the laptop screen that I can't stop it. What's wrong with my keyboard? Is that mean I gonna have my first guarantee just after 1 month of use?

Sounds like the keyboard may be gorked. Give Xotic's support a call. You may be able to have them arrange a keyboard cross-shipment for you so you don't have to send the whole notebook back in to Sager.
