I have a BTO system which is basically a rebranded Clevo P775TM1. Aesome device, but there is one thing I really dislike about it: The keyboard lights dim after a specified (and rather short) time. I'd prefer them to be "always on". I checked the BIOS as well as the colour configuration tool that's included, but to no avail.
    Can anyone help me?

Looking at an identical system, haven't seen this idiosyncrasy here. Have you tried uninstalling CCC (& Flexikey) to see if it persists without the software?

Possible to do this or change color scheme without control center? I dont like software running always slowing my computer down

Possibly, IF there's a hidden BIOS page that can be unlocked for this, otherwise it's controlled by the CC's services. I wouldn't call them process hogs, however. Tho I do understand the desire to be minimalists.

Would make sense that somehow its connected to bios since it undergoes color changes before windows. Any idea if those options available in dm3 prema bios? Wish was way to unlock stock bios features.

Do you mean "Control Panel", "Device Manager"? In which case I don't find the sleep time option :-(

All machines will default to blue before windows loads and applies the custom colour. Does it dim when you are in the BIOS?
