I have a Sager NP2090 which is about 7 months old and I am having a problem with the keyboard. If I type in the letters j, k, l, etc it returns 1, 2, 3, instead of the correct letter. If I hold the Fn key down and type those characters it returns the correct letter. There are some other characters that do not print the correct letter or character on the screen, but the rest of the keys work properly. Any suggestions?

Did you check to make sure you don't have some sort of fn lock enabled?

Might also have a bum/corrupted keyboard firmware - if nothing else seems to fix it, consider getting the keyboard controller firmware and reinstalling it.
