The issue I've been having is that for some reason the RAM modules work individually but for some reason when there in dual channel they crash within a matter of minutes. I've tested them both individually with passing colours but for some reason dual channel doesn't work what could be the reason?

Also I've tried this out with 2 different sets of RAM modules, and it's been the same case both times.

The specs are in my spec in case its needed (3720QM)

Edit: Issue has been fixed. Simply had to edit BIOS.

Oh, well I was going to say that if you had just gotten them they could be returned and Corsair Vengeance 1866 does work in dual channel and without any BIOS mods, and I think they're cheaper than the Kingston modules.

Wait a second Tyranids, how positive are you that Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz work in the P150EM? Do they run at their rated speeds (1866MHz and 10-10-10-27 timings)? I was going to buy Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz chips (9-9-9-27 timings) but the difference in cost between the 1866 and 1600 was only $10. So if the 1866 RAM works at 1866 CL10, then I'd happily spend $10 for the barely slight boost. Also, does RAM running faster cause any battery drain difference if they are both 1.5V?
