After installing an SSD into my Sager 8130 a couple days ago I had a few issues. Sager support helped me (and kudos to them also) locate a file that provided proper Bluetooth functionality. Following that issue being fixed I then realized that I hadn't tested the function of the Blu-ray drive so I popped in a Blu-ray move and was unable to play it. Sager support told me that they didn't sell the laptop to with a Blu-ray drive so therefore it must have come from XoticPC which means they would be responsible for providing any playback software. I called the main XoticPC number and was directed to fill out an email requesting assistance from support. within a short time I got an email with a link to the necessary software bundle along with the required activation code. Installation of that package got my laptop back up to complete functionality same as when I purchased it more than a year ago.
