so in my attempt to re apply thermal grease using arctic silver 5, my LCD screen will not display at all now. Holding down FN-F2 or F7 doesn't do anything and plugging in an external monitor displays nothing.

Is it possible i may have shorten something out if i did not take the battery out? i re seated the graphics card, i had to take that out, there was soo much thermal grease, i had to take the copper plating appart to full clean it.
there is power to the vid card, but other than that i don't know what is going on. is there a connector that could have jiggled lose, such as the lcd??

anyone have any ideas what else i could be missing?

fyi, i have built many computers, although this is my first laptop purchase. i was very careful and now i need to contact eurocom to see what my options are.
