    I just got my W860CU with i7 820m with MR 5780

I can play single player fine but whenever i enter a multiplayer game, it becomes unplayable. It feels like intense lag. I know its not the connection because my brother plays fine on his computer.

Any suggestions to solve this problem?

Its playing fine on my w870cu with 720qm and 5870. I am running 1080p all high except shadows. 1x AA/AF. I get over 40fps on 32man servers. I get some dips if stood in the middle of large explosions or mortar strikes.

What settings are you playing at?

Whatever settings you were using for single player, you may want to tone them down for multiplayer. Turn down/Turn off anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering, disable HBAO, turn down details, etc.

In addition to what ettornio mentioned, don't use War Games for audio. Change it back to the default HD mode. War Games is said to be CPU intensive.
