i recently had a problem where my N-1102 would only download at 100kbits/sec, luckily that issue fixed itself, i think it was windows update.

anyway now i have a new problem, i get lagspikes in bf3, the infamous "rubberband effect". I definitly know its not my connection, i have a download speed of 25 mbits/sec, and the ping on that particular server was 27, so very good.
Every once in a while the ping would go up to 600, for a couple of seconds. What am i doing wrong? i didnt configure anything in the killer software, do i have to do something?

the killer smokes the competition on the 5ghz band. if you are staying on a 2.4ghz band then the intel 6300 is a better choice. make sure you have the programs you are having issues with set to 1 in the killer network manager or else they dont get all the bandwidth. id also just reset the router and the wireless card and download the new drivers from killergaming.com that just came out last week.

A while ago, on my G51, I had issues with sound stuttering, lag, and occasional choppiness. I think it was because I was experiencing DPC Latency issues.

The simple fix for me at the time was that I had to disable my Wi-Fi when I was using LAN, and disable the LAN when I was using Wi-Fi.

It might have been a driver issue as well, but I don't know. Check and see if you are getting latency spikes with the DPC Latency checker program.

I had the lag spikes with my n-1103 in counter strike source , I contacted killer and issues me a ticket but i couldn't wait for my problem to be solved so i started looking for solution of my problem. Apparently, I discovered that the big foot killer software was blocking my steam from updating my counter strike since the update was supposed to update my game before 1 week of the problem started happening to me . How did I knew that ?. I downloaded the original driver the qualcomm artheos chip which is what big foot killer uses that except they over clock it with their big foot software and right away my steam started updating plus the lag is gone . I rolled back to big foot drivers and in week later i started having having lag again . I immediately did the steps above and this time there was not steam or css update . However , it turns out i did have 8 windows 7 updates but windows update didn't detect them with big foot driver. it was detected when I used Qualcomm original drivers. I updated them and rolled back to bigfoot drivers and counter strike went back to normal with no lag spikes. So in conclusion , big foot blocks updates for me and was causing lag spikes , so I to have manually check for updates.I contacted them about the issue but I received no answer !. I suggest for you to check every programs for updates , it might probably causing that issue. if yo want Qualcomm drivers here is the link:

thanks i will have to see if my bf3 has to be updated, all other mp games are working fine, so that could be the issue...
