    Hi all, need to help my pal configure his NP9170 + 7970M rig... still had the sager's 7970m set of drivers including intel intel + amd driver and 7-8 step guide for it. Cause that thread has been removed from nbr forums i don't remember the exact installation order. may be someone could help me out with this one) tnx

    1. i installed intel 2792 drivers
    2. installed amd 8.982RC1 drivers

    now i have exclamation mark under 7970m in device manager and don't how how to proceed..

    Not sure, I used the latest beta - but performance seems to be more or less the same on all the drivers, no difference in utilization at all.

    Just install the drivers from the disc he got with his machine, in order as they are on the disc. This should get you the 12.5 drivers. Then when you do a benchmark, it'll show as the Intel GPU but the AMD GPU will kick on.

    Yeah, that's what i did at last! What games utilize the card at 99%? Tried dirt showdown with build-in benchmark and the results are 30-40% lower than on identical aw system. Tnx for the heads up, guys)
