Was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the latest bios for my laptop. It has 1.00.03 currently. I am familiar with flashing a motherboard bios but no nothing of flashing laptops. Can someone kindly detail what I must do, programs required etc?

    MODEL NO: M57RU, PRODUCT CODE, M570RU. It has a C2D T7700 and a GeForce 8700GT.

    Cheers.

Ok thanks. I have another question though. I have followed the guide to make a bootable flash drive but it doesnt show up in the boot section of the bios. The laptop detects it when you first turn it on when its detecting the hdd's etc but it doesnt show up in the bios. Why would that be? Thanks.

Ok so no one else has had the same problem? Perhaps something is either wrong with my laptop or flash drive maybe?

EDIT: Never mind. Contacted tech support at Metabox and they emailed me an iso with the 1.00.12 bios and 1.00.11SA KB firmware. Burnt it and flashed with no problems.
