Yeah, I'm swedish, and in the process of getting a new laptop. A 8800 card would be sweet for my purposes but the problem is nobody sells laptops with such graphics in my country. So I'm looking at importing a Sager, especially since the dollar is so cheap.

But, the obvious issue then is the keyboard. Are there any retailers out there who ship internationally and do 'custom' language keyboards (preferably without causing my wallet to implode into a black hole)?

    Looking to spend ~$2600.

Sager can provide localized keyboard. They cost approximately $40-$50.
