    Hi,

Im wondering where my last HDD bay is, as I cant find it.

I currently have one SSD beneath my Optical drive, one in the middle. Apparently there is a spot for one last HDD, and I can switch my Optical for an additional Caddy.
    Im running a Clevo P517SM(gtx 780m)

    Thanks in advance.

You need to physically remove the optical drive from the chassis of the laptop and substitute it with optical bay HDD caddy. The caddy is sold separately, it's not a built-in option.

Clevo : NewmodeUS, Hard Drive Caddys for Notebooks

(you can get them cheaper on eBay...)

Wut? I tought it was space for 3+one caddy? it says space for 4 in total in the product description???

But okay, ille look into caddy option. I had it in my previous PC but it didnt fit in my Clevo now.

EDIT: So to sum up my bay usage:

    Optical spot is in use
Beneath Optical Drive is in use
And on in the center og my laptop is in use

Shouldnt it be one more spot? a mSata or Sata?

There are 2 mSata connectors in a Clevo P157SM.
To sum things up, you can put 3 x 2.5'' HDDs/SSDs (2 in regular bays + 1 in OBHD caddy) plus 2 mSata SSDs, all together 5 drives. IIRC one mSata slot is disabled though (this might be vendor-specific).
First mSata slot is located under the main bottom cover (below the CPU fan), second is under the HDD/SSD bay in the middle of the laptop (you need to take out the 2.5'' HDD/SSD to access the mSata slot).

The slot that can have issues is below the main hdd bay.
