Sager NP5790, 7950 GTX, 3 weeks old from Prostar

Just the other day I heard something come loose/break loose in my CPU fan. The notebook was sitting still on a Zalman cooler, not doing anything strenuous, I think just browsing the web.

I opened up the bottom and found a small screw, what looks to be the same as the screws that hold the bottom cover on, in the fan. Tipped it upside down, and it fell out.

Everything seems to be working fine now, but it seems odd that a a screw would end up falling into the fan for no particular reason. Any ideas where this screw is from or if its anything to worry about? I really appreciate any help.
